Riding for younger and older children
It's very important for us to have ponies suitable for the many youngsters who visit at Vered Hagalil. Many are the adult Israelis who rode ponies here as children; they still talk about "Daisy",
"Dolly" and "Donna" on which they rode "once-upon-a-time".
Today, it's "Shoko" who carries children on their 5, 10 or 15 minute rides while being led by one of the students of our riding school.
Older children can be given 15 minute learning sessions on horseback. Again, the horse is led by a student, but the rider is more in control.
All riders are obliged to wear helmets.
